Content & Intellectual Property
Publisher Content
As a publisher on the platform, you retain full ownership of any content you upload, including but not limited to games, assets, screenshots, descriptions, and other materials. By uploading content to the platform, you grant One Fox Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content. You may remove your content at any time, which will terminate this license, except where copies have already been made available to other users as part of normal platform use.
User Generated Content
Content you create through platform interactions — including profile information, posts, comments, reviews, and forum contributions — is granted to One Fox Studio under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for the purpose of displaying and operating the platform. You retain ownership of your original contributions.
Copyright Complaints
